▹All prints and stickers are shipped within 1 - 2 weeks.
▹Domestic orders may take 2 - 10 business days to arrive.
▹International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
▹All stickers and prints are sent with a backing to ensure there are no bends or tears.
Tracking
▹Orders sent via USPS First Class Mail do not include tracking.
▹Orders sent via USPS Priority Mail include a tracking number which will be provided once the order is shipped.
Lost / Missing orders
▹We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail.
▹We are unable to check the shipping status of orders sent via USPS First Class Mail as they do not include a tracking number.
Returns / Exchanges
▹If items arrive damaged, please contact us and we can work out a way to replace your items. Photographic proof of damage is preferred as it will help us assess any issues.
▹If you do not receive the correct item or quantity of items that you ordered, please contact us and we can work out a way to exchange the items.
▹Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds
▹If there is a problem with the order and there is no way to return or exchange items we may offer a refund up to 50% of the original price of the items, excluding shipping cost
